  • Lead the local team, establish engineering routines, and create a culture of ownership, constructive feedback, and dependable delivery.
  • Coordinate priorities, capacity, and technical decisions with development teams in Denmark and relevant stakeholders in China.
  • Translate industrial customer needs into software requirements, delivery plans, architecture, and acceptance criteria.
  • Remain hands-on in implementation, technical reviews, troubleshooting, and major architectural decisions.
  • Establish practical standards for source control, testing, documentation, security, deployment, and operational support.
  • Coach experienced engineers and mentor graduates; ensure learning plans and clear ownership across the team.
  • Promote responsible, effective use of AI-assisted software development across the entire engineering workflow.
  • Coordinate local quality activities with the QA Lead in Denmark and ensure testing is integrated into delivery.
