工作内容

Purchase & Cargo Planning- Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer cargo requirements and arrangements.- Follow up on cargo arrangement information and status.- Respond to customers regarding cargo arrangement schedules based on purchase orders and/or production plans.- Issue and coordinate purchase orders and/or production plans according to business requirements and instructions.- Communicate and coordinate with overseas suppliers and/or external sourcing partners regarding cargo arrangements.Inventory Management- Monitor inventory and storage stock levels to maintain an appropriate level according to business requirements.Monitor stock status and communicate with relevant departments when there are:- Supply shortages- Excessive inventory- Potential supply issues- Assign and manage appropriate inventory under normal operating conditions.- Consider and manage inventory allocation for customers based on standard allocation principles.- Monitor customer sales orders and identify abnormal situations, escalating relevant information to the appropriate parties.Customer & Internal Coordination- Coordinate with Sales, customers, suppliers, and related internal departments to ensure smooth order and logistics operations.- Provide accurate updates regarding cargo arrangements, stock availability, and delivery schedules.- Support the team in resolving supply, inventory, and cargo arrangement issues.- Ensure effective communication between relevant stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process.Other Responsibilities- Perform other logistics, purchasing, inventory, and coordination-related duties as assigned.
