  - Lead subcontractor selection and price negotiations for road construction.
  - Ensure high-quality work at the best cost while managing the procurement team effectively.
  - Bridge the gap between site needs and budget constraints.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Subcontractor Sourcing: Identify and vet reliable subcontractors specialized in road work (paving, drainage, earthworks, etc.).
  - BOQ & Cost Analysis: Review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure subcontractor quotes are competitive and align with project budgets.
  - Bidding Management: Lead the entire bidding process, from issuing RFQs (Request for Quotes) to creating final comparison reports for management.
  - Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and scope of work to minimize risk and maximize company profit.
  - Performance Monitoring: Evaluate subcontractor performance on-site and handle any disputes or "Variation Orders" (VO).
  - Compliance: Ensure all contracts and documentation meet government project standards and internal audit requirements.
  - Team Leadership: Supervise the procurement team, streamline workflows, and ensure timely purchasing of essential materials.
