• 工作内容

  - Plan production and set production targets in line with customer requirements, covering quality, production volume, and delivery.
  - Evaluate Production Capacity and plan the effective utilization of production resources (4M) to meet production requirements.
  - Establish and control standard production processes to ensure product quality and production volume meet company standards.
  - Drive Process Improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, productivity, and overall production efficiency.
  - Monitor and control production costs in accordance with company policies and targets, including Factory Consumption Targets.
  - Analyze production issues and establish corrective actions to improve Quality and Productivity.
  - Monitor, review, and evaluate the progress of production improvement activities to ensure effective and timely implementation.
  - Supervise and monitor production employees to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements through regular Patrol Checks.
  - Plan and implement Production Activities and Skill-Up Improvement programs to enhance employee skills and work efficiency.
  - Coordinate and provide support to relevant departments to achieve company targets and policies.
  - Monitor and evaluate performance against Production KPI Targets and prepare performance reports for management.
  - Lead and support Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance System, Budget Control, and Cost Down Projects.
  - Manage the Production Department in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements, including the control and monitoring of Mold-related operations.
  - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
