• 工作内容

  1. Production Planning & Execution (Production management and control):
  Manage and oversee production processes for pies, cakes, and bread at all stages (mixing, processing, baking, packaging) to meet daily schedules and on-time delivery.
  Manage machinery and a large workforce to support very high order volumes from national retail channels and brand outlets.
  
  2. Workforce & Shift Management (Workforce management):
  Supervise, deploy, and allocate production staff (including line leaders and daily workers) for normal hours and shift operations.
  Foster a culture of care and attention to detail in every production step consistent with the brand's "bakery homemade" identity.
  
  3. Cost Control & Efficiency Optimization (Cost control and efficiency):
  Control and reduce waste/loss percentages on production lines within defined targets, in collaboration with cost accounting.
  Drive yield improvements and apply Lean or 5S practices to eliminate process bottlenecks.
  
  4. Quality & Safety Compliance (Quality and safety):
  Ensure all employees strictly follow international standards such as GMP and HACCP and local regulatory (FDA) requirements.
  Coordinate closely with QA/QC to address production issues immediately when non-conforming products are detected.
