  - Lead and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful market penetration and sales performance.
  - Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to manage product launch timelines, inventory planning, and marketing execution.
  - Develop compelling product positioning, key selling points (USPs), and sales enablement materials to support commercial teams.
  - Lead the creation and execution of content strategy and brand communication across social media, e-commerce platforms, and partner channels.
  - Manage marketing communication plans to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and long-term brand loyalty.
  - Oversee creative direction and collaborate with design teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  - Drive online and offline marketing campaigns, including events, seminars, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize product and marketing strategies.
