    [Responsibilities]
    - Working together with the Sales team (Thai-Japanese) to improve their productivity by contacting customers/suppliers
    - Acknowledges customers/supplier by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
    - Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
    - Handling sales paperworks such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
    - Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    - Handle for import-export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    - Interpret Thai-Japanese during meeting for both in office and on site
    - Any task as assigned

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree in any fields
    - Japanese : Business Level (N3-N1)
    - English : communication level for internal use such as email
    - Computer skills (MS Office)

    【Advantage】
    - Working experiences in sales coordinator
    - Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    - Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
    - Ability to multitask, work in a highly fast-paced and pressured business environment and be deadline focused.
