工作内容
- Prepare ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) as assigned by the supervisor.
- Analyze and summarize customer complaints and issues as assigned.
- Perform inspections and testing as specified in the ITP.
- Monitor Internal NCR (Non-Conformance Report) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Prepare RIR (Receiving Inspection Report) and act as the central point for collecting RIR documentation.
- Prepare WPS & PQR (Welding Procedure Specification & Procedure Qualification Record) for all required production jobs.
- Prepare WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) for all required production jobs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Consistently cooperate with company policies regarding Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Fabrication Quality Inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Business-level English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.英文
