工作内容
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of company equipment at customer sites
• Conduct on-site service, installation, and commissioning to ensure machine performance meets standards
• Utilize modern remote diagnostic systems to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Deliver customer training and guidance on proper machine operation and maintenance
• Coordinate with internal teams and HQ to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation after each assignment
资格
任职资格
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in CNC service engineer
• Knowledge of CNC controlled machines is highly desirable
• Must be able to read the wiring diagrams
• Business command in English
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products and other standard software
• Willingness to extensively travel is indispensable
• Driving license / own a car英文
