工作内容
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across indirect procurement categories, including professional services, facilities management, and operational support services.
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including supplier sourcing, RFP/tender management, contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance management.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through commercial analysis, savings tracking, and procurement governance while balancing operational and stakeholder requirements. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to manage procurement risks, support decision-making, and deliver procurement transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare procurement reports, analyze spend data, and leverage procurement tools and technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance across procurement operations. Support the IATF16949 and ISO14001 auditing.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years' work experience in procurement in automotive parts manufacturing.
- At least 3 years' experience at management level (Assistant Manager level or above).
- Knowledge and experience in BOI.
- Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office.
- Business-level English and Japanese.英文
