工作内容

【Job Description】- Process sales orders and answer customer questions.- Prepare price quotations and estimate shipping costs.- Prepare export and import paperwork, customs forms, invoices, delivery notes, billing notes, receipts, and other documents.- Book trucks, ships, or air cargo for deliveries.- Follow up on delivery schedules, handle claims, and maintain sales records and databases.- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and forwarders for import and export shipments.- Facilitate communication among sales staff, engineers, clients, the warehouse, and other departments.- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays.- Perform other tasks assigned by the MD or manager.
