  1. Development machines to accelerate factory’s automation
  2. Planning, designing, implementing, and managing automation projects within the facility. The primary goal is to enhance production efficiency, reduce operational costs, and drive process automation through innovative engineering solutions.
  3. Translating 3D models into accurate 2D part drawings with clear instructions for machinists to prevent any manufacturing errors.
  4. Improve and enhance ability of the machines such as developing sensing systems utilizing Image Processing technology etc.
  5. To develop Traceability Systems using programming languages such as Python.
  6. Mechanical & Precision Design: Translate complex 3D models into accurate 2D manufacturing drawings with clear tolerances (GD&T) and finish specifications to ensure seamless machining.
  7. Engineering Calculation: Select appropriate machine elements and perform critical calculations, including torque and moment of inertia.
  8. Control Systems: Design and implement control systems for motors and industrial robots.
  9. Programming & Vision: Program PLCs (Mitsubishi & Keyence), develop image processing for sensing systems, and build traceability systems using Python.
  10. System Integration: Select appropriate sensors/actuators and build robust industrial network systems.
