- Obtain quotations from suppliers in Japan and Thailand
- Respond to customer requests for quotations
- Send quotations to customers
- Manage orders, including incoming parts and delivery arrangements
- Prepare invoices and coordinate shipping arrangements
- Contact customers
- Answer consumer inquiries
- Prepare necessary documents

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Business-level English (able to communicate with customers and Japanese headquarters)
