工作内容
- Create Ticket (SAP) and CS orders (Innosoft)
- Create activity to factories (service hotline team), follows up quotation in Austria, Korea and China.
- Make appointments with customer for service jobs.
- Partly price negotiation with customers in Thailand.
- Training Quotation preparing and Invoicing for customers.
- Follow up PO’s from customers.
- Issue invoice, receipt, and billing note to customers.
- Prepare envelope for customers, send to post office.
- Follows up payment (pending payment) with customer.
- Manage communication with customers in Thailand.
- Prepare monthly hours reporting and spare parts monthly report to Service Manager and Head of Training Center, ETH Director.
- Coordinate the import & export of all spare parts (new order, return, shipment for delivery)
- Preparation of shipping documents and arranging shipments of spare parts to regional ENGEL entities and external customers, shipping and forwarding agents.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree in Business relations, Engineering, or related fields.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English, negotiation, relationship-building skills, and team working skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Good at problems solving and be flexible and adjust plannings if necessary.
- Mature, proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Experience of SAP system is an advantage but not essential.
- Work well independently and good handle in stressful situations, effectively in multicultural environment and handle multi-tasking
- Good in English, TOEIC scores more than 600
- Adaptability and Good time management skills.英文
