工作内容
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars
- Write engaging captions, storytelling, and copywriting
- Write video scripts and create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
- Ensure content aligns with brand mood, tone, and target persona
- Perform basic photo and video shooting
- Create content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe (preferred)
- Apply trends effectively to create viral-friendly content
- Analyze content performance using insights such as views, engagement, reach, saves, and shares
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously improve content strategy
资格
任职资格
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator / Social Media / Creative Content role
- Hands-on experience managing content end-to-end (idea → production → posting → analysis)
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Understanding of content for both Brand Awareness and Conversion
- Portfolio showcasing real content performance is required
Hard Skills
- Ability to create various content formats: Short videos, Reels, TikTok, Photos, Carousels

- High creativity and confidence in proposing new ideas
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
