工作内容
-Collect, consolidate, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, POS, Google Analytics, Social Media, Inventory, Sales Reports).
-Ensure data accuracy through data cleaning.
-Connect data using Power Query, ETL, or APIs.
-Build data models to support analysis.
-Study customer journey, cohort analysis, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
-Evaluate marketing ROI and campaign performance.
-Assess costs, gross margin (GM%), and forecast trends.
-Create real-time dashboards and executive reports.
-Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Management teams.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
-3 years of experience in Data, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
-For Senior level: 3–5 years of experience, with the ability to independently manage Data projects.
-Prior experience in Aesthetic, Healthcare, Retail, or Tech industries will be considered a strong advantage.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index Match, Power Query).
-Skilled in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
-Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.英文
