工作内容
- Install, configure, maintain, and update ERP-related software and hardware systems.
- Monitor system performance to ensure ERP systems operate efficiently and continuously.
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting assistance to system users.
- Deliver technical support and guidance to ERP users across departments.
- Coordinate with external vendors, system providers, and relevant internal teams.
- Analyze system issues and perform preliminary problem diagnosis and resolution.
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP support, system administration, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, ERP systems, and WMS.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Flexible working attitude to support coordination with international teams.
- Ability to travel overseas when required.
- Experience in maintaining and supporting operational systems to ensure system readiness and stability.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP will be a strong advantage.英文
