Product: PCB/Semiconductors/Electronics partsClient: Mainly Automotive industry (Domestics/Overseas)- Maintained accurate records of all sales activities, including contracts, proposals, quotations, follow-ups, and customer communications.- Collaborated closely with the sales team to prioritize tasks, set goals, and allocate resources efficiently, resulting in improved productivity and revenue growth.- Supported sales team members in achieving individual targets through coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance.- Coordinated with customers and PCB factories to ensure smooth communication and timely support for all related matters.- Monitored inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability in line with forecasts and customer demand.- Prepared sales-related documents such as invoices, purchase orders (PO), credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN).- Managed and followed up on parts delivery schedules between customers and the factory to ensure on-time delivery.- Developed sales forecasts and material planning to support factory production readiness.
