  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a qualified Legal Officer to handle corporate legal affairs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating with external law firms, and providing legal support for administrative operations.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Review, draft, and manage various types of contracts and legal documents (e.g., sales, service, vendor, and employment agreements).
  -Provide legal advice and support to internal departments to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
  - Coordinate and liaise with external law firms and legal advisors regarding corporate legal matters, disputes, or regulatory issues.
  - Support corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder meetings (if applicable).
  - Assist in risk management and compliance initiatives.
  - Provide support for general administrative (Admin) tasks related to legal documentation and company operations.
