工作内容
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality with suppliers; develop new sourcing partners
- Manage purchasing plans, inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics coordination, and inventory counts
- Handle inquiries from domestic and international customers (especially end users), manage returns/exchanges, and coordinate delivery schedules
- Verifying camera and network equipment functionality, performing quality checks, and addressing defects
- Handling international shipping, including document preparation, customs clearance, and carrier coordination
- Collaborating with sales and warehouse departments to implement improvement proposals
- Managing camera installation tasks and installation contractors
- Planning and customizing hardware
资格
应征条件
[Must]
- Have JLPT N1-N3 (capable of business conversation and document creation)
- English conversation level or higher (able to handle email and phone communications)
- Have experience in purchasing or inventory management
- Have PC skills (Intermediate Excel: functions, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Have experience in customer support or logistics/warehouse operations
[Advantage]
- Have experience in EU exports or international logistics
- Have quality control experience with cameras, imaging equipment, or precision instruments
