  Job Summary:
  This position plays a key administrative role in the Safety & Quality Promotion Department. The Sales Administration Staff will support Japanese management, coordinate with group companies in various countries, and manage ongoing projects in collaboration with internal departments.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  ・Provide general administrative support to the department.
  ・Assist Japanese staff with daily operations and communication tasks.
  ・Coordinate with group companies in different countries to ensure smooth project management and follow-up.
  ・Liaise with internal planning and related departments to support project progress.
  ・Prepare and maintain various internal and external reports and documentation.
  ・Support safety and quality initiatives within the logistics operations as required.
