  • Timely and correctly data inputting to update computer system, ensure the stock accuracy in a real time, and make sure the physical goods as same as system data through cycle count.
  • Supervise the WH in terms of safety and sanitation
  • Manage the WH organization to ensure daily operational services smoothly (including raw material receiving, storage, WO kitting and finished goods’ outgoing, etc). Optimize warehouse management.
  • Make sure export goods to be recorded accurately for customs documentation purpose.
  • Keep an eye on material receiving, monitor the actual quantity vs. invoiced quantity.
  • Review and follow up the data entry and command transaction in MRP system
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve the warehouse operations
  • Sponsor projects in the department
  • Responsible for safety and environmental
