  • 工作内容

    - Supervise and manage daily EDI operations to ensure efficient and accurate electronic data exchange.
    - Monitor system performance, resolve EDI-related issues, and maintain data accuracy and compliance.
    - Provide guidance and technical support to EDI staff and ensure they follow the company’s data exchange protocols.
    - Advise on HS Code classification and permit requirements for import-export entries in compliance with customer and regulatory instructions.
    - Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure import-export documentation (e.g., FTA forms, licenses) is accurate and submitted on time.
    - Identify and solve operational issues, ensuring a smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
    - Maintain effective customer relationships and deliver service excellence.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI operations and import-export compliance.
    - Strong knowledge of HS code analysis, customs permit requirements, and international trade regulations.
    - Customer Specialist Certificate is a must.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    - Positive attitude with a service-minded approach and good team collaboration skills.
    - Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
