• 工作内容

  - Perform IDC room duty as per customer requirements and ensure quick on-site arrival during non-working hours for emergency situations.
  - Update and maintain complete infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.
  - Be familiar with the IDC room environment and monitoring systems, conducting facility inspections as per customer requirements.
  - Identify and assess maintenance or repair risk points based on the Maintenance Operation Procedure (MOP) and develop corresponding preventive or contingency measures.
  - Respond promptly to incidents as per event management procedures, analyze root causes, and document lessons learned.
  - Have knowledge of power systems, HVAC, and weak current architecture in the IDC environment, and be able to quickly locate faults and restore services when incidents occur.
  - Provide recommendations for optimizing or transforming infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, security, and availability issues.
  - Independently formulate and implement change MOPs to ensure no failures caused by changes.
  - Complete other related tasks as specified in the "Service Contract" and "Outsourcing Requirements Specification.
