  【Job Summary】
  Responsible for cost reduction design work and management of VE(Value Engineering) promotion for air conditioner components *steel sheets, nonferrous, resin, and refrigeration components
  
  (1)Establish and manage the implementation of development policies and recruitment plans
  - Policies are prepared in cooperation with the factory department.
  - Participate in supplier surveys as appropriate
  
  (2)Mass production application after design, evaluation, and review, and support for technical aspects of quality control.
  - Confirm specifications, evaluation plan, execution of evaluation, summary of results, and review of target parts and materials.
  (Identify issues to be considered from the changes, and promote early adoption by resolving issues)
  - Confirm the validity of the manufacturing quality of suppliers.
  (Provide guidance to ensure that process control satisfies technical requirements)
  - Creation of related 2D drawings, creation of configuration charts, preparation of specifications and instruction manuals, and preparation of standards application materials.
