• 工作内容

  • Preparing online payments for both local and international transactions including tax bill payments
  • Preparing payment vouchers related to the accounting and finance department
  • Issuing Receipts/Tax Invoices for both local and international transactions
  • Responsible for petty cash, advance and reimbursement reports
  • Coordinating transactions with banks and handling related activities
  • Preparing daily/weekly reports of bank balances and outstanding checks
  • Update daily currency exchange rate
  • Handling withholding tax, Vat (PND. 3, 53, 54, P.P. 30,36)
  • Data entry and processing of the financial records with an updated manner
  • Handling bank reconciliation, post-date cheques, cheques on hand and processing accounting transaction related to the reconciliation
  • Support other departments by providing information and performing functions related to the job
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Finance and Accounting Manager
