工作内容
1. Human Resources (HR) & Talent Management:
- Strategically lead and evolve all HR functions, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Design, implement, and refine HR policies, programs, and initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, aligning with our business objectives.
- Champion and cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
2. Finance & Accounting Oversight:
- Direct and optimize financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Provide incisive financial analysis and insights to executive leadership, informing critical business decisions and identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity
3. Legal & Compliance Leadership:
- Collaborate effectively with external legal counsel to proactively navigate complex legal issues, mitigate organizational risks, and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of evolving legislative changes and provide timely, proactive counsel to management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
4. Corporate Affairs & Governance:
- Oversee and manage all corporate governance activities, including preparing for and facilitating board meetings, managing regulatory filings, and ensuring corporate compliance.- Serve as a primary liaison for critical corporate communications and public relations efforts, enhancing the company's image and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of corporate administration professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring the achievement of departmental objectives.
资格
应征条件
[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Law, etc.) is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of 8-10 years in a senior leadership or general management role, with direct oversight of Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Affairs functions.
- Professional proficiency (minimum JLPT N2 or equivalent) in verbal and writing Japanese is must.
[Advantage]
- Proficiency in English (minimum TOEIC 900 or equivalent) is the big plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and and PowerPoint is required; experience with relevant HRIS, financial management, or legal compliance software is a plus.英文
