• 工作内容

  - Supervise all custodian operations related to asset safekeeping, including securities segregation and corporate actions.
  - Handle settlement transactions and corporate action activities within the Thai market.
  - Process daily custodian operations such as trade settlements, securities transfers, deposits, and withdrawals (from SET and TSD).
  - Ensure all trade transactions are settled accurately and within specified timelines.
  - Coordinate with external stakeholders such as custodian banks, counterparties, TSD, TCH, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless processes.
  - Reconcile trading settlements and transactions across various financial products (e.g., equities, options, offshore/onshore instruments).
  - Monitor trade matching reports and resolve any failed trades promptly.
  - Ensure operations are compliant with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  - Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies accurately and on time.
  - Support process improvements and participate in operational development initiatives.
  - Carry out other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
