  [Job Summary]
  - Supervise daily production activities and staff on the assigned line or section.
  - Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of team members.
  - Ensure machines run smoothly and take prompt action to prevent downtime.
  - Communicate and implement instructions from managers to staff clearly and accurately.
  - Support and follow up when workers are absent, and adjust workload as necessary.
  - Encourage staff to maintain productivity and avoid idle time.
  - Lead small improvement projects to enhance efficiency and safety.
  - Prepare basic reports and update production records.
  - Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and other departments.
  - May be required to work night shifts on a rotational basis (night shift allowance provided).
