  - Coordinate with relevant departments, including Production, Quality, and Safety, to align maintenance strategies with business objectives.
  - Approve repair work, manage contracts for maintenance services, and oversee spare parts procurement.
  - Analyze and improve department KPI performance to meet operational goals and enhance reliability.
  - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new technologies and industry best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency.
  - Support and participate in company initiatives, including 5S, safety, energy conservation, and sanitation projects.
  - Development and execution of maintenance strategies aligned with business goals.
  - Approval and control of budgetary expenditures related to maintenance.
  - Organizational and workforce planning within the maintenance department.
