    - Contact and negotiate the price with suppliers.
    - Source new suppliers of engineering material, machine, equipment, products and services to ensure enough labor supply and delivery on time.
    - Control the purchasing cost and confirm the progress of work before payment process to suppliers.
    - Monitor and update the price of material and engineering knowledge for procurement process.
    - Follow up and ensure supplier's delivery on time.
    - Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
    - At least 5 years of experience in procurement
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge in pump pipes, valves, tanks, and installation or engineering work will be a special consideration
    - Be thorough, learn the job quickly. Experience in job site assignments
    - Can be used for computer programs
    - Able to go out to work at the site
