工作内容
1. Compensation Support
- Assist in maintaining salary structures and job evaluation systems.
- Conduct salary benchmarking using Mercer TRS and other market data.
- Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, and promotion processes.
- Prepare data and reports for management decision-making.
2. Benefits Administration
- Coordinate employee benefits programs (insurance, provident fund, wellness activities).
- Work with benefit vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor utilization and recommend improvements for competitiveness.
3. Performance & Rewards
- Provide support in administering performance-based rewards and bonus schemes.
- Assist in linking performance evaluation results with compensation outcomes.
- Bonus and benefits preparation
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure C&B practices comply with Thai labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and sensitive payroll/benefits data.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports (e.g., turnover, cost analysis).
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Atleast 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Familiarity with Mercer TRS and other salary surveys (experience in data analysis and reporting is preferred).
- Good knowledge of Thai labor laws and payroll basics and strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and HRIS.
- Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, confidential, and proactive team player.英文
