  1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
  2. Manage the design, fabrication, and maintenance of jig.
  3. Supervise robot programming and maintenance to optimize production processes.
  4. Set standards Procedures and create documentation for new products, such as Process Flow Charts, Process Planning , Floor Layout
  5. Follow to new model development or modifications products to customer specifications. Includes documenting and reporting related.
  6. Preparing work instructions (WI) and product standards for use in manufacturing processes and quality control processes.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  8. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  9. Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Liaise with suppliers and contractors as needed for project requirements.
