- Supervise all custodian operations related to asset safekeeping, including securities segregation and corporate actions.- Handle settlement transactions and corporate action activities within the Thai market.- Process daily custodian operations such as trade settlements, securities transfers, deposits, and withdrawals (from SET and TSD).- Ensure all trade transactions are settled accurately and within specified timelines.- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as custodian banks, counterparties, TSD, TCH, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless processes.- Reconcile trading settlements and transactions across various financial products (e.g., equities, options, offshore/onshore instruments).- Monitor trade matching reports and resolve any failed trades promptly.- Ensure operations are compliant with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies accurately and on time.- Support process improvements and participate in operational development initiatives.- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
