- Implement Enterprise network/system monitoring and log analysis- Support Networking technologies implementation including switching, routing, wireless LAN, etc.- Monitor, maintain and improvement for IT network, server and systems of customer.- Find the solution for solving problems IT systems of customer.- Support clients by on-call, remotely, or on-site depending on the type and level of issues
