This role involves connecting building management systems (BMS) and various building facilities with cloud-based solutions to deliver advanced security, energy management, and facility management services.＜Key Responsibilities＞- Implement and roll out IoT platforms and SaaS services (security, energy management, facility management) for smart buildings.- Design, configure, and test integrations with BMS and building facilities (HVAC, lighting, elevators, fire safety systems, etc.).- Utilize BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, REST API, and other protocols for data integration and gateway configuration.- Integrate third-party devices and cloud services (access control, surveillance cameras, energy meters, etc.).- Conduct technical coordination, troubleshooting, and functional verification at project sites.- Monitor performance during operational phases and propose improvements.
