Department: System Integration Department, Intralogistics DivisionService: Warehouse Automation / AS/RS System[Job responsibility]- Monitor performance and availability of Java applications to ensure stability and security.- Investigate and resolve application-related issues reported by users.- Provide root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for application functionality.- Work closely with development teams to escalate bugs or enhancement requests.- Assist in deploying new versions of applications and managing configuration settings.- Support testing and validation during release cycles with Software development or Software QC team.- Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.- Update technical documentation and support procedures regularly.
