• Preparing online payments for both local and international transactions including tax bill payments• Preparing payment vouchers related to the accounting and finance department• Issuing Receipts/Tax Invoices for both local and international transactions• Responsible for petty cash, advance and reimbursement reports• Coordinating transactions with banks and handling related activities• Preparing daily/weekly reports of bank balances and outstanding checks• Update daily currency exchange rate• Handling withholding tax, Vat (PND. 3, 53, 54, P.P. 30,36)• Data entry and processing of the financial records with an updated manner• Handling bank reconciliation, post-date cheques, cheques on hand and processing accounting transaction related to the reconciliation• Support other departments by providing information and performing functions related to the job• Other tasks as assigned by the Finance and Accounting Manager
