- Lead and oversee the creative development of social media always-on content and integrated campaigns across various platforms.- Deliver strategic, impactful, and original copy ideas that align with client objectives and brand voice.- Guide and mentor the creative team, including copywriters, designers, and content creators, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.- Collaborate closely with the strategy, account, and production teams to ensure creative alignment and feasibility. - Take ownership of creative presentations and pitches, including idea development and storytelling for prospective clients.- Provide creative direction, feedback, and approvals to maintain quality and consistency across all deliverables.- Stay ahead of trends in social media, pop culture, advertising, and digital innovation to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.- Manage timelines, resources, and creative priorities efficiently to meet project deadlines.
