Division : Innovation Division – Product Design Department-Define design direction, goals, and manage resources for the product design unit.-Lead market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.-Oversee concept development, sketching, 3D modeling, and technical documentation.-Review prototypes to ensure feasibility, manufacturability, and quality standards.-Coordinate with marketing, production/engineering, and procurement teams.-Conduct design review meetings and present concepts to senior management.-Mentor and evaluate designers, provide feedback, and organize training sessions.-Plan and manage new product development (NPD) projects from concept to mass production.-Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within budget and timeline.
