1. Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Handling (ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและการจัดการข้อร้องเรียน)2.1 Complaint Management- เป็นจุดรับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC)- เพื่อสอบสวนและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา2.2 Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA- นำทีมวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเชิงลึก (Root Cause Analysis)- กำหนดและติดตามมาตรการแก้ไขและป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ (Corrective & Preventive Action – CAPA)- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานกลับไปยังลูกค้าอย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ2.3 Customer Requirement Management- ทบทวนและถอดความต้องการหรือข้อกำหนดใหม่ของลูกค้า (Specification Review) แปลงเป็นมาตรฐานการทำงานและข้อกำหนดภายในโรงงาน3. Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) (การประกันคุณภาพผู้ขายวัตถุดิบ)4.1 Supplier Audit- วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจประเมินศักยภาพผู้ขายวัตถุดิบ (Supplier Audit)- คัดเลือกและรักษาผู้ขายที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัท4.2 Incoming Quality Standard- กำหนดมาตรฐานการรับเข้าวัตถุดิบ (Raw Material Specifications / Incoming Inspection Criteria)- ให้ฝ่าย QC ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตรวจรับวัตถุดิบ
