- Lead seasonal buying process in alignment with the corporate direction and local market potential, and open-to-buy (OTB) planning aligned with sales and inventory target- Oversees the product selection, presentation, and overall merchandising strategy within a retail or wholesale environment to maximize sales and profitability- Develop merchandising plans, product assortment, and pricing strategy for each channel (retail, wholesale, and online) - Partner with global brand teams and local team to ensure timely ordering and product availability- Monitor sales performance, sell-through rates, margin, and inventory KPIs regularly to optimize assortment and improve ROI- Conduct in-depth sales and merchandise performance analysis to identify opportunities, and risks- Recommend actions and further execution such as markdowns, replenishment, and in-season adjustments based on data insights- Manage inventory flow between warehouse and stores to meet consumer demand and avoid over or under-stocking- Collaborate with principal, supply chain, warehouse teams to manage inbound stock and minimize delays or excess inventory, and coordinate with finance on payment planning- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies, including pricing, discounts, and special offers- Work closely with logistics team to track shipments, handle import documentation, and ensure timely product availability- Understand end-to-end logistics process including shipping terms, customs clearance, cost breakdown, and expense monitoring- Analyze consumer behavior, competitor landscape, and seasonal trends to influence product selection and pricing strategy.- Coordinate with retail and operations teams to support store-level product needs and inventory movement- Work with finance for budget planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements- Coordinate closely with marketing to align product stories with campaigns, seasonal launches, campaign activations, and promotions- Support planning for product launches, campaign calendar, and in-store activities- Prepare seasonal product briefs and conduct training for retail teams- Ensure new arrivals, key items, and hero products are properly presented and meet brand guidelines to drive sales and storytelling
