Responsibilities:• Manage sales to electronics retailers and large retail chains.• Plan and develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies, policies, sales channels, promotional materials, and presentations to achieve sales targets.• Develop impactful product marketing strategies to increase consumer awareness and demand, including packaging design, product tags, visual media, videos, and other content.• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to support business growth.• Cultivate new customer relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing ones.• Participate in trade shows and travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with partners and clients.• Negotiate with business partners and plan in-store product displays.• Oversee the marketing budget, including trade promotions, advertising, influencer campaigns, PR activities, and agency coordination, ensuring optimal use of resources.• Analyze departmental profit & loss (P&L) statements and monitor marketing expenses to ensure budget control.• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Managing Director.• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to overcome challenges and achieve team objectives.• Work effectively under pressure, with a high level of resilience and commitment to delivering results.• Possess a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take full responsibility for assigned tasks.• Translate and interpret between languages as required during business operations.• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

[Job Summary]This position is responsible for managing store facilities and overseeing renovation and construction projects for new and existing stores. The role involves coordinating with shopping mall management, interior contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from planning to completion.The ideal candidate will have experience in facility or interior construction management, preferably in retail or commercial environments, and must be flexible with working hours depending on project schedules.[Key Responsibilities]- Coordinate with shopping mall management, property owners, and interior contractors for store renovation, expansion, and maintenance projects.- Manage facility-related tasks for existing stores, including repair, maintenance, and improvement of store environments.- Oversee the entire process of new store openings, including schedule management, layout and design coordination, cost estimation, and on-site supervision with Japanese manager- Ensure that all construction and renovation work complies with mall regulations, company standards, and safety requirements.- Communicate and coordinate with Japanese management and internal departments to report project progress and resolve any issues that arise.- Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and supervision of external contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.- Prepare project-related documentation, including work schedules, quotations, progress reports, and inspection checklists.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond promptly to urgent facility issues.- Work flexibly according to project needs — including early mornings, late nights, or weekends when construction cannot be done during regular business hours.
