Tenant Leasing 2.1 Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue. 2.2 Source potential tenants, conduct lease negotiations, and manage tenant mix. 2.3 Prepare lease agreements, proposals, and related documentation. 2.4 Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants and resolve concerns effectively. 2.5 Monitor tenant performance and propose strategies for improvement or replacement.
