【Service】 Investment and Loan for Asian Startups【Overview】The company provides innovative financial technology services by combining payment/remittance/cashless related business, finance business and technology. The company is aggressively expanding its overseas operations with a focus on Southeast Asia, India, and the United States, and is seeking a Middle Office Manager to join its expanding investment and financing activities in Asia.Specifically, you will be responsible for financial analysis, monitoring, and contract drafting for investments in and loans to Fintech startups funded by top-tier VC firms, primarily in India and Indonesia. The local companies in which we invest and finance are companies that solve issues in emerging countries from the aspect of Fintech, and the collaboration with them will lead to the support of the local countries, which will be very rewarding.【Resposibility】‐ Financial analysis and monitoring of the portfolio company (forecast and actual analysis, interviews, and preparation of monitoring reports)- Preparation of investment and loan contracts (review of schemes, analysis of legal risks, preparation of contracts in cooperation with law firms and in-house legal department, and contract signing practice)【Career and Skills】- Experience in investment and financing (drafting and concluding contracts, designing schemes, financial analysis)- Experience in English (collaboration and negotiation in English with clients and external partners, deciphering and analyzing English documents)- Experience in startup investment and financing - Working directly with the world's leading startups and being part of the global startup economy

Product: Leasing business- Communicate directly with customers and dealers, encouraging negotiations with customers and dealers- Evaluate customer creditability and recommend payment plans based on financial data- Visit customers to explain details in the lease conditions- Write up basic analysis of customer financial status and repayment ability- Follow up on the results of customer and dealer satisfaction.- Perform all related tasks as assigned.
