Responsibilities and Duties:1.Manage and coordinate visa and work permit applications and renewals for Japanese employees in cooperation with external agencies.2. Communicate with incoming Japanese employees before joining, explain required documents and procedures, and support them until their start date.3. Prepare and check documents related to onboarding, visa/work permit, employee information, and internal HR/GA procedures.4. Coordinate with related internal members, government offices, agencies, and external vendors to ensure smooth visa/work permit and onboarding processes.5. Support Japanese employees with administrative matters, internal procedures, and general inquiries.6. Manage attendance-related administration and ensure accurate timekeeping records.7. Support HR and labor-related administrative tasks, including updating information on Thai labor law and preparing internal manuals or guidance in Thai and Japanese.8. Manage and maintain company assets, office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including inventory control and procurement.
