  Position Overview:
  We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Work-in-Progress (WIP) Control Specialist to manage theoretical versus physical inventory, optimize incoming/outgoing stock tracking, and accurately report on WIP parts. This position is strictly office-based, offering a 5-day work week with Saturdays off.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Inventory Reconciliation: Monitor, analyze, and reconcile theoretical inventory records with actual physical stock counts.
  - WIP Tracking & Reporting: Oversee work-in-progress (WIP) parts inventory, establish clear reporting procedures, and resolve discrepancies in current WIP calculations.
  - Stock Management: Manage inbound and outbound component shipments, specifically handling the increase in inventory related to new vehicle models.
  - Process Improvement: Standardize inventory control workflows to address operational gaps and ensure precise stock data across operations.
