  - Factory & Production Management:
  - Manage and oversee day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
  - Develop and monitor production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  - Control production capacity, manpower, machines, materials, and production efficiency.
  - Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  - Ensure production processes comply with company standards and quality requirements.
  - Solve production problems and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
  - OEM Project Management:
  - Manage OEM projects from product development through mass production.
  - Coordinate with Sales and customers to understand product requirements and production timelines.
  - Work closely with R&D to ensure products can be manufactured according to customer specifications.
  - Monitor sample development, testing, production trials, and product launch schedules.
  - Ensure OEM projects are delivered according to agreed specifications, quality, cost, and timeline.
  - R&D / Product Development Coordination:
  - Coordinate with R&D on formulation, product development, testing, and production trials.
  - Evaluate production feasibility of new products.
  - Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
  - Identify opportunities to improve product quality, production efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
  - Quality Management:
  - Work closely with QA/QC to maintain consistent product quality.
  - Ensure production processes comply with relevant quality standards and company procedures.
  - Investigate production and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  - Monitor customer complaints and coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  - Cost & Efficiency Control:
  - Monitor production costs, material usage, labor costs, and production efficiency.
  - Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
  - Improve production processes to reduce waste, downtime, and production losses.
  - Prepare and report factory performance, production costs, and operational KPIs to management.
  - Team Management:
  - Lead, supervise, and develop factory personnel.
  - Set departmental targets and KPIs.
  - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
  - Promote teamwork, discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement within the factory.
  - Cross-functional Coordination:
  - Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Production Planning, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Logistics.
  - Ensure sufficient raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, and production capacity.
  - Communicate production status, risks, and issues to management.
  - Develop practical solutions to minimize production delays and operational risks.
