    1. Plan, lead, and manage the Application Engineering and Technical Service teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and project scheduling.
    2. Act as the primary bridge between the Sales team, Technical team, and senior management by coordinating communication, managing expectations, and resolving technical and operational issues.
    3. Work closely with the Sales team to analyse customers' manufacturing requirements, including torque control, Poka-Yoke systems, data traceability, and assembly process improvements, to deliver the most suitable technical solutions.
    4. Prepare comprehensive project summaries, technical documentation, and project specifications for communication with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners.
    5. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and training programs while mentoring and transferring technical knowledge to future generations of engineers and technicians.
    6. Integrate industrial fastening and control systems with customers' PLCs, conveyor systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and other factory automation systems.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
    2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Engineer, or in Industrial Tools, Factory Automation, CNC Machinery, or Manufacturing Assembly Systems.
    3. Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, wiring, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
    4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop engineering and technical teams.
    5. Good command of written and spoken English.
    6. Strong technical expertise in industrial control systems, automation equipment, or industrial fastening solutions.
    7. Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    8. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings using CAD viewers or related engineering software.
    9. Own a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to customer sites located in industrial estates.
    10. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
