  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Lead the full tender process from document review, estimation, pricing, and submission.
  • Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, BOQs, and technical/commercial evaluations for M&E projects.
  • Manage RFQs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and recommend vendor selection.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies by analyzing project requirements and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the tender process.
  • Support tender clarifications, customer negotiations, and pre-/post-tender meetings.
  • Supervise and develop the Tender team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of submissions.
  • Maintain tender documentation, identify risks, support contract preparation, and perform other duties as assigned.
